Two operations, one ledger. Built on seventeen years of public-works delivery.

We are the Qatari arm of Al Motawasetta L.L.C — a Beirut-based Grade 1 contractor on the Lebanese Ministry of Energy & Water register — in partnership with Island Zone Trading, an early-stage Doha specialist in roads and infrastructure.

The Lebanese house has been turning over public-utility projects for seventeen years: sewage lines for the Ministry of Energy, irrigation channels in the Bekaa, the 66 kV transmission line between Hermel and Baalbek, the Maqneh Lake construction for IFAD, rehabilitation works for UNICEF, the Save the Children portfolio of schools and clinics across the country.

The Qatari side, established 2025, brings the plant, the certifications and the operating playbook to a market it has already begun supplying — aggregates and earthworks on AECOM and Dorsch projects in Semaisma and Wakra.

D — From the Chairman
Doha · 2026
Hassan Mokdad
Chairman & Chief Executive

“We did not start in Doha to win marketing awards. We started in Doha because the work is here, and because our crews in Baalbek have been doing this work for seventeen years.”

Al Motawasetta Al Motakamila exists to take what the Lebanese operation has proven — public-utility delivery on UNICEF, Action Against Hunger, Save the Children and Ministry of Energy contracts — and to put it under a Qatari roof on Qatari terms.

We are not in the business of promises. We tender, we mobilise, we hand over. The remainder of this site is a record of work, not of intent.

E — Position

To rank among the top construction organisations in Lebanon and the Middle East within five years.

Vision

To deliver, by 2030, the kind of public-utility work Lebanon currently exports to the Gulf — from a base inside Qatar, under local registration, with the same crews and the same standards.

Committed to the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and honesty — delivering value to the communities we serve, the people we employ and the partners we tender alongside.

Mission

High-quality services, purpose-driven and aligned with the highest international standards — at the best value for money.

Customer satisfaction through excellence, and a rate of growth tied directly to the development of our people through continuous training and skill enhancement.

F — Quality Policy

Quality is not a goal. It is our promise.

Six principles that govern every job-card, every tender and every site daybook we issue.
  • 01
    Client Satisfaction

Tailored solutions that add value across the lifetime of the asset, not the lifetime of the contract.

  • 02
    ISO Compliance

ISO 9001:2015, 14001 and 45001 — quality, environment and occupational health and safety.

  • 03
    Innovation

Continuous process improvement on the plant floor, on site and in the office. Method, not slogan.

  • 04
    Skilled Workforce

Our long-tenured crews are the asset. Training, retention and progression sit above margins.

  • 05
    Sustainability

Aggregate reuse, asphalt recycling and minimised haul cycles built into method statements.

  • 06
    Transparency

Open-book on quantities, schedule and variations. Clients see what we see.
